To make a whole wheat dough in a bowl and cover with them.
In a bowl mix all stuffing ingredients.
Now pinch a ball sized dough, roll and flatten it. also dust with some wheat flour.
spread 2 tsp of pizza sauce leaving the space from sides
place 1 tbsp full of prepared pizza stuffing in the centre.
sprinkle ¼ tsp chilli flakes and ¼ tsp mixed herbs.
take the edge and start pleating bringing to centre.
Also join the pleats together and secure tight.sprinkle some flour and roll slightly thick.
place the paratha on a hot tawa and cook for a minute.
furthermore, when the base is partly cooked (after a minute), flip the pizza paratha.
also brush oil / ghee and press slightly. flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
